In keeping with its mission to visually represent important public policy issues, the Bernstein Gallery in Robertson Hall will be showing works by two photographers, Joan Liftin and Craig Terry, on the topic, "The Future of Children: Childhood Obesity."
The exhibit also explores the likely health and economic consequences of the childhood obesity "epidemic" and highlights some promising programs and possible pathways through which policy makers and others can address the issue.
The Bernstein Gallery is located on the lower level of Robertson Hall, Princeton University, at the corner of Washington Road and Prospect Street. Gallery hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Princeton is equidistant from New York and Philadelphia, and is easy to reach by public transportation or by car. The University campus is easily accessible by train. Travelers can use Amtrak which stops at either Princeton Junction or Trenton. New Jersey Transit’s Northeast Corridor rail line runs from New York City to Princeton Junction. From the Princeton Junction station, travelers can then transfer to a single-car train operated by New Jersey Transit, known locally as the "Dinky," for the five-minute ride to Princeton Station. The station is located on University Place at the southern end of campus, across from the McCarter Theatre Center.
